In addition to full grooming services, we offer nail trimming, hydro-massage baths, and relaxing spa treatments such as specialty shampoos and facials. we also provide hand stripping and Shed-Less treatments to help keep your pet healthy, comfortable, and looking their best.
Our Services
Come in for a quick toenail trim. We offer it to be done with toenail clippers, toenail Dremel, or both.
For double-coated breeds, I offer a comprehensive de-shedding treatment that includes a specialized de-shedding shampoo and conditioner, a thorough blowout using high-powered professional dryers, and a tidy-up trim. This service also includes nail trimming and a sanitary trim to keep your dog clean, comfortable, and well-maintained.
Our hand stripping services included with an extra fee. We will typically use an Adidas hand stripping tool, stripping knife, or a stripping rock. Commonly used for Terriers or Sporting dogs.
Full grooming services include a thorough bath, professional high-powered blow-dry, full-body haircut, ear cleaning, and nail trimming for a clean, finished look.

Country Critters Uptown has a long history rooted in experience and family tradition. My mother groomed professionally for over 40 years and owned this business for more than 30 years, building a reputation for quality care and trusted service in our community. I recently took over the business from her and am proud to continue the standards she established. I have been grooming professionally for approximately seven years and have been involved in breeding and showing dogs alongside my mother for my entire life. Growing up in the grooming and show world has given me a deep understanding of canine care, coat maintenance, and breed-specific needs. Today, I bring that lifelong experience and hands-on knowledge into every grooming appointment, treating each dog with the same care and respect our family has always provided.
